Pilates

    Ok so I have done Yoga, Aqua Fit, Kickboxing and dabbled in Pilates, I went to my first real class last night and man I can't move!  They wanted me to roll in a ball and roll back and forth on my spine! Are you kidding, I am not a ball my spine doesn't like to be rolled on and today it has told me so!! Does anyone know if rolling like a ball is normal in Pilates and if so is it supposed to hurt like heck the next day?
