Dont forget about VIRGINIA and the SCIENCE MUSEUM tonight!!!! The Young Friends and Families of the South Florida Science Museum is hosting a fabulous party this saturday, October 6, 2007. Its' going to be at the Colony Hotel, and the theme is 007 James Bond, Casino Royale. For those who want to stay close to home, items include: (4) 1-day passes to Walt Disney World; a catered cocktail party for 20, plus a movie at a private theater on a 7-acre estate in Wellington (Sandy James Catering); golf foursomes at Bear Lakes Country Club, Mayacoo Country Club, Country Club at Boca Raton; cooking classes from local cookbook author, Carrie Hanna, in the winning bidder's home; FAU gift basket including football tickets in FAU President Frank Brogan's box; a chartered fishing tour on WPB intracoastal waterway; and getaways to several Florida bed and breakfasts.
Funds raised from the event and auction will go to ongoing programs and services at the museum, which will benefit the more than 70,000 children the museum serves a year.
